Installing

  1. Tap the download. Chrome will warn that this file type can harm your device — that warning appears for every APK. Choose Download anyway.
  2. Open the file. Android will say installing from unknown sources is blocked. Tap Settings and allow it for Chrome, then go back.
  3. Tap Install, then Open.

First run

  1. Drag the rulers for age, height and weight, pick Food only or Food and training, then set a goal weight and how fast you want to get there.
  2. Log a meal by photo, by typing, or by barcode. You can type in English, Thai or Burmese.
  3. Logged the wrong thing? Tap on the meal and choose Delete (or swipe the row left). There's an Undo either way.
  4. Weigh in every few days on the Progress tab — the calorie target starts tuning itself to your real results after about 10 logged days.
Save a backup early. Everything you log stays on your phone and is never uploaded, so the phone is the only copy. Settings → Save a backup writes a file you can keep in Drive. If you ever reinstall, tap Coming back? Restore from a backup on the first screen.
⚠️ Already have Prime installed? Save a backup before you update.

This build carries a new app id (com.careloops.prime, renamed ahead of the store launch), so Android treats it as a different app. It installs alongside your current copy instead of over it, and it starts empty — your existing log stays locked inside the old icon.

So: open your current Prime → Settings → Save a backup. Then install this one, tap Coming back? Restore from a backup on the first screen, and delete the old icon once you've checked your data came across.

After this one, updates from this page install over the top and keep your data again — they share both the app id and the signing key. A build signed with a different key cannot update this one; it would have to replace it.
