The 90-day transformation app

Transform in 90 days — even if you've never started.

Prime reads your meals from a photo, tells you exactly what to train, and adapts your targets as your body changes. One plan, start to finish.

Prime home screen with the daily calorie ring, macros and today's workout

Most apps track what you ate.
None tell you what to do next.

Calorie counters leave you with a number and no plan. Workout apps assume you already know what you're doing. Prime does both — and connects them — so a total beginner always knows the next move.

Nutrition

Point your camera. Get your macros.

Snap your plate and Prime estimates calories and macros in seconds. Prefer words? Type it. Got a label? Scan the barcode. It's tuned for real food — including the Southeast Asian kitchens most apps get wrong.

Guided training

A real plan — and a coach for every set.

Prime walks you through one exercise at a time: a demo of the movement, the weight to use — "beat 9 reps at 59 kg" — a set counter, and a rest timer that runs itself. No guessing, no standing around wondering what's next.

The 90-day plan

Not a random generator. A plan that builds.

Thirteen periodized weeks with a clear arc — foundation, build, peak. Week eight is harder than week one on purpose, with deloads scheduled when your body needs to recover. It progresses the way a good coach would write it.

Adaptive coach

Your targets move as you do.

Each week Prime reads your real weight trend and how consistently you logged, then tunes your calorie target from what's actually happening — not a formula. It never suggests going below a safe floor, and it keeps the tone kind.

Progress

Watch it add up.

Every meal and every session rolls into clean, smoothed trends you can actually read — weight, waist, strength, and progress photos. Proof, not vibes.

How it works

Day one looks like this.

No setup marathon. You're logging and training within minutes.

STEP 01

Set your targets

Answer a few questions. Prime calculates your calories, macros, and a safe pace to your goal.

STEP 02

Snap your meals

Photograph what you eat. Your rings fill in automatically — no databases to search.

STEP 03

Train today's session

Open Train and follow the guided player, set by set, with demos and rest built in.

STEP 04

Let Prime adapt

Each week it checks your trend and adjusts, so the plan keeps working as you change.

Yours alone

Your food log stays on your phone.

No account to create, no profile on any server, no ads to dodge. Prime is built local-first: your meals, your training and your body live in a database only your phone can read. Two things do leave, and we'd rather say exactly what they are than claim otherwise.

Why I built Prime
"I wanted the app I needed on day one — something that would just tell me what to eat and what to train, adapt when I stalled, and never make me feel behind. So I built it, and made it work for someone who's never started."
— The maker of Prime
Questions

Good to know.

I've genuinely never trained. Is this for me?

Especially you. Prime assumes zero experience — the first three weeks rotate two full-body sessions so you learn the movements before anything gets heavy, every exercise has a demo, and the app tells you what weight to start with. You never face a blank screen.

Do I need a gym?

No. Pick Food only at setup and Prime drops the training pillar entirely — no workout plan, no Train tab, no being scored against workouts you never intended to do. Diet does most of the work in a deficit anyway. If you do want to train, the plan is written for a full gym and most movements have a dumbbell-friendly version.

Does it work offline?

Mostly. Your plan, workout player, logging, coaching and progress all run on-device and work with no signal. Analysing a meal by photo, text or barcode needs a connection, because that's the part that reaches our server. Anonymous usage and crash reports are queued and sent when you're next online.

How accurate is the photo calorie tracking?

It gives a fast, well-tuned estimate and you can adjust any number before saving. For packaged food, scan the barcode for exact label values. The goal is a consistent trend you can act on — not lab precision.

Is my data private?

There's no account and no cloud sync — your food, training and body metrics live in a local database on your device, and we have no server-side copy of them. The exceptions, stated plainly: a meal photo or description is sent to be read by AI when you ask for an estimate (it isn't stored or linked to you), and the app reports anonymous usage events and crash diagnostics. No health or body data is in either. The privacy policy lists every field.

What does it cost?

Nothing right now. Prime is in early access while it's tested with real users, and there are no ads and no subscription in the build you can download today.

Can I get my data out?

Yes — Settings → Save a backup writes your logged data to a file you choose. It's yours; once you've saved it, where it goes is up to you.

Your 90 days start now.

Everything a beginner needs to transform — tracking, training, and a coach that adapts. Nothing you don't.
